By downloading, installing, or using LuFeed ("the App," "our Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use LuFeed.

2. Description of Service

LuFeed is a cross-platform RSS reader application that allows users to:

• Subscribe to and manage RSS/Atom feeds
• Read and organize articles from various sources
• Sync content across iOS and macOS devices
• Receive push notifications for new content
• Browse articles using an integrated web browser
• Export and import feed lists (OPML format)

3. Eligibility

Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use LuFeed
• If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental consent
• Users under 13 are prohibited from creating accounts

Account Requirements

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Creation

• You may create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts for the same service

Account Security

• You must choose a secure password and keep it confidential
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must log out from shared devices after use

Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the app settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

• Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights may have their accounts terminated

Service Termination

• Feed publishers may change, remove, or restrict access to their content
• We are not responsible for feed publisher policies or content changes

Damages

• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any

Force Majeure

• We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control

• We do not send promotional or advertising notifications
• All notifications relate to your subscribed content or app functionality

Browser Functionality

• LuFeed includes an integrated web browser for reading articles
• Browser sessions are isolated and do not share data with external browsers
• You may choose to open articles in external browsers instead

External Links

• The in-app browser may access external websites beyond RSS content
• External websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies
• We are not responsible for external website content or policies

15. Changes to Terms

Modifications

• We may update these Terms from time to time
• Material changes will be communicated through the app or email
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
